Every so often J.C. Penney has a code for $10.00 off any order that's over $10.00. It's good even for clearance items so if you can find something you like marked down to just above $10.00 you can get it virtually free (although you do have to pay for shipping or in-store pickup).
You can even save a bit more by e=going through eBates instead of directly to Penney's website. That way you get 3% back on your purchaase too (if you haven't signed up for eBates you get $5.00 just for signing up and then savings for future shopping).
