Nature Valley® is offering a couple of free samples when you sign up for their Eat Better newsletter. They'll send you a free Nature Valley® Trail Mix Bar and a pouch Granola Nut Clusters.
It's a pretty quick sign-up, and the newsletter promises coupons, tips, etc. I would guess you could always cancel the newsletter later if you just want the samples and don't want to clutter your in-box, but you could use a free e-mail account to keep these types of commercial messages segregated from your main e-mail account.
