Did you know that both Amazon.com and Staples.com run special offers every Friday? They have links on their home pages that let you shop for whatever they've put on extra discount those days. Sometimes the items can be quite useful and the extra savings may be enough to make a purchase a good idea.
Amazon also has special offers they put up for one day at a time, each and every day.
At Amazon, if you go down the left column of the home page, you will see a small section with the word 'Bargains' in orange, then underneath it are links for 'Friday Sale' and 'Today's Deals.'
At the Staples home page on Friday's they have a small image for 'Friday One-Day Deals.' Sometimes that image might be replaced by something for another special, so if it's a Friday and you don't see it, just refresh your screen a couple of times and it should pop up.
Obviously the offers vary each week and sometimes you can find real nice bargains this way. So take a peek on Fridays and see what piques your interest!
