If you live in the Windy City and want to get away to the Emerald Isle, there's a special sale going on right now at American Airlines. Travelocity has listed a bunch of special fares to Europe for a variety of U.S. departure cities. The low price in the deal is Chicago-Dublin at $294! That would be a great price from the East Coast, but from the Midwest it's even nicer.
