If a European trip is on your agenda over the next two months, Alitalia has a fare sale going until January 31st. Roundtrip fares start at $383 from the U.S. to European cities. These are base fares so taxes/security fees are additional). Still, that's not a bad fare for a hop across the ocean.
The lowest fares are from Boston (Frankfurt $383, Madrid $386), but they also have some good prices from Chicago (Barcelona for $394), and New York (Berlin $408).
The fares are valid for flights departing by March 31st, with a maximum stay of a month with a Saturday night stay.
