I've posted a few times about Spirit Airlines' unbelievable special fares... like my 2-cent roundtrip to Las Vegas... or times you can get fares for several dollars or less. A lot of those are for very specific dates or just on a limited number of seats. So unless those special dates match your travel needs you may not be able to take advantage.
This time, Spirit is offering a special promotional code valid through midnight January 22nd which gives $40 off a roundtrip fare. That way you can find your specific travel needs and then apply some savings... not too shabby.
The promo code is SAVE40 (all caps). It's valid on flights from January 23rd through February 12th and then again for flights from April 8th through the end of October.
Make sure to enter the promo code to activate the discount in the price.
