Spirit Airlines is introducing service from Fort Lauderdale to Bogota, Colombia and they are offering an introductory fare of just $69 roundtrip for select dates in July but mainly in September. This is really a bargain when you compare them to LAN airlines which start at $229 each way.
But you have to hurry as this special is available for booking only today, June 26th.
The dates available for travel are:
July 24, July 25, September 9, Sept. 10, Sept. 16, Sept. 17
Spirit also has a list of special airfares you can book today, with some OK discounts involving Myrtle Beach and Fort Lauderdale from some cities, but the best deals are for people near Fort Lauderdale... they have 69¢ one-way tickets between there and Orlando, Tampa and the Bahamas! Again, these need to be booked today.
All these airfares don't include the applicable airport/security taxes.
