Extra $20 Gift Card When You Spend $200 at Participating Malls from Discover Card

Discover Card has a program that can get you back some more of your money during the upcoming holiday shopping season. If you use your Discover Card at a participating shopping mall and spend a total of over $200, you'll receive a $20 gift card which can be used anywhere Discover Card is accepted.

The $200 in purchases does not all have to be from one store, or even on the same day. As long as you are shopping at that mall during the promotional period you can total up all your receipts to qualify for the gift card(s). (So if you spend $150 on one trip and a week later spend $50 at the same mall, the $200 combined qualifies you for a gift card.)

The promotion starts today, November 1st, and runs until January 4th. You bring your original receipts (and the Discover Card you used) to the participating mall's Customer Service area. You get your gift card right then and there (this isn't a mail-in program). There's a limit of 5 gift cards per account.

There are over 160 malls participating nationwide. January 4th is the deadline for submitting your receipts, and they do have a "while supplies last" disclaimer so I would submit them as soon as making the qualifying purchase(s) if possible.
