Free Kids' Lemonade Stands for Charity from Sunkist

Are your kids looking to have something to do this summer and want to do something for a good cause? This freebie could create some great benefits for your children and for the world around them.

Sunkist is giving away up to 20,000 lemonade stands free to kids who sign a Take a Stand® pledge for their favorite charity. This is an invitation to kids 7 to 12 years old across America to squeeze some fun into summer and give back to the community.

Sunkist incurs the shipping cost for each stand. Participants incur the expenses to run the stand and raise money for his or her selected charity. The stands are cardboard and require some easy assembly (obviously lemonade stands can't be shipped assembled).

Since 2004, over 45,000 kids from every state in the U.S. and every province in Canada have signed up to Take a Stand for a charity close to their heart. Lemonade stands are still available for those eager to make a difference, while supplies last.

Not only does the site offer a chance to sign up for a stand, but it also offers tips on how to run a stand, price your product and have a good time while supporting a good cause. There are success stories to inspire your children (and probably you too). Also some help making signs etc.

I don't know how long it takes for the supply of stands to get requested -- maybe weeks or maybe just days. So if this is something your child would like to undertake, click here for more information and for the link to sign up, select your charity and make the Take a Stand® pledge.

In the registration, there's a space for a promotional code, but it doesn't say one is required. But if a code is needed, you should enter SKTAS in that space.
