To help make the summer more enjoyable, AMC Theatres® have a variety of promotions going on. At participating movie theatres, senior citizens age 60 and up can get free admission on Tuesdays. Some locations don't make it a freebie but sell discounted seniors' tickets that day.
They also have a couple of other promotions. One of them (I hesitate to post this because I don't think it's the healthiest) is unlimited popcorn and soda for $5.00 with any other purchase.
They also have $1.00 tickets available for family movies on Wednesdays mornings at 10:00 a.m., with concessions sold going to charities. (They have a special KidsPack concession combo they sell then for $3.00, half-off the regular price.) You can read about that at this link.
There's also a Students' Day on Thursdays mentioned on the promotions page, but I can't find details on what that entails.
To check out the Seniors' deal and the popcorn/soda offer, click this link. The promotions have links that let you check for participating locations.
