I've used the Logitech QuickCam Deluxe for Notebooks myself and it is a very handy little unit. It's really very compact for travel, and the image quality is quite good. Their software comes with a lot of features to help get the best quality for all your webcam needs.
This would certainly be a nice unit to make Skype calls back home when you're on the road on a business trip. And you certainly can't beat the price for a really quality webcam.
