Both are all-in-one ensembles of a variety of colors for eyes, face, and lips. If you read the reviews, the Color Play seems to get slightly better ratings, apparently due to the lip glosses in the 360° Palette being too hard, but if you're looking mainly for eye make-up and prefer the colors in the 360° that might still be a good choice.
