JetBlue All-You-Can-Fly Pass for 30 Days $599!

The airline deals are getting intriguing in that they're not just the typical low fare offers. A couple of days ago I posted about US Airways' free 90-day Silver Preferred Status which gets you free baggage checks, priority boarding, possible first class upgrades and more -- since that is free, I think it's a no-brainer to sign up.

Today comes news of a new way to price air travel which may pay off for people who may have reasons to take more than one or two trips during September ad early October. Right now at JetBlue you can buy a pass that gets you unlimited travel during the 30 days from September 8th to October 8th. You could fly as much as you want and to most JetBlue destinations and just pay that amount. The domestic fees and taxes are included.

And if you need to fly to San Juan or International destinations, those fees and taxes get tacked on. Which still makes this a nice deal when adding it all up.

The flights must be booked no later than three days prior to departure. Any flight is available provided there are available seats. There is apparently a cancellation fee if you book a flight and don't show up, however (or else people would just book willy-nilly and no one would be able to get reservations. The pass is available for sale through Friday, August 21, 2009, or while supplies last. It is nonrefundable/nontransferable and no name changes are permitted.

What's nice is that customers who already have a flight booked during this travel period can pay the difference to upgrade to the pass by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), prompt 4.

Each All-You-Can-Jet Pass is eligible for 35 TrueBlue points. Flights booked on the pass are not available for additional TrueBlue points.

For anyone who may need or want to be in the air a lot during that period, this may save a lot of money over the costs of buying separate airlines tickets.
