Free Six-Week Trial at Blockbuster by Mail®

If you like watching movies at home, you might want to consider joining a free trial at Blockbuster by Mail®. They have a variety of plans available where you can rent DVDs mailed to you (and with some plans, bring them into stores to exchange for others). And right now there's a promo code that extends the trial to six weeks.

The code works with the plan for two DVDs at a time plus up to five in-store exchanges. The regular rate for that plan is $16.99 a month, so this trial would save you about $25.00. You can always choose to continue it at the going rate but you can cancel by the end of the trial and have gotten all those rentals for free.

The deal is limited to one per household and for new customers only. If you have an account under one e-mail and address, you might be able to still participate under a different e-mail account and changed address spelling but that may not work.

You will have to provide credit card or paypal payment information but nothing is charged now. The information is to bill you for fees after the free trial is over (so if you want to just do the freebie, circle the right date on the calendar to cancel before it ends -- your receipt will show the next billing date).
